Nah, I specifically remember it sucking hard at the time. It's two contrasting mediums that make it stick out like a sore thumb. I remember this dark hole of moviedom in the late 90's and early OO's, when everything CG was just horrible. I thought it would never get to where we are now. The first Jurrasic Park is maybe the only exception.
I watched St. Vincent with Bill Murray last night. Excellent little heart warming film. To me, it was a commentary on religion not holding a monopoly of morality. Bill Murray's performance was particularly great.
There's a scene in a catholic school that I think most people here would appreciate. I very much recommend this movie.
