The Bible said that before the scientists came up with a similar theory.
God can certainly do it in a short time.

The Bible records that the mountains were raised and ocean basins were made deeper.
So that would take care of it.
Please note if the earth were level without mountains or ocean basins, water would cover the earth about 1 1/2 deep.
