Let's work backwards. We all have choices we can make. I can choose to type this sentence or not. But some choices have moral consequences tied to them. I can choose to type a racist sentence or not. Cutting to the chase, A&E can morally choose to not break the rule given to them, much like we try not to break the law.
Quote:Yes, since God created the thing over which authority is in question.Il;m not sure that makes something an authority, let alone a moral authority. I "created" my children...hopefully they realize that my word isn't the last word...that I can be wrong and/or just plain nuts. Just like I realized with my folks. This is just a ridiculous concept of ownership. I reject the concept of ownership /w regards to human beings. No one owns them regardless of whether or not they "created" them. How about you?

Is that a moral issue with moral consequences? If I took my pants off right now..does that make me a good or a bad person? What are the consequences of nakedness, or awareness of nakedness?
