Napolitano is predicting a 'Saturday Night Massacre' scenario (for those of us old to remember Nixon's, otherwise the comparison is meaningless to the young whippersnappers) if Hill isn't indicted because of administration interference.
His take is having so many non-partisans involved in running the investigation is going to have repercussions.
If Hill punts, we might consider making her an honorary 'pub for fucking up and handing the keys to 1600 to Trump.
Still, maybe that scenario is moderated (and then some) by the 'pubs in the senate and house being decimated. A veto proof majority (for even the first 2 years) would severely blunt a Trump reign, and might actually work as well or better than Hill being prez and the 'pubs still being able to thwart everything in the congress.
Or not.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
