The critique is in how "rape" is defined. Obviously, if the definition is biased in a way that the specific act determines what it's called, then of course we'd see a pathetically biased statistic.
I never said "It's happening less" or any sort of grammatical iteration of that. Or did you mean my first point, where I stated that the gap was shrinking and that it could now be accounted for by something OTHER THAN an employer's bias against a woman?
