Is it just me or do Christians think their delusions are supposed to be viewed by the rest of us as a license to promote vulgar morality and credulous pseudoscience?

Hey it makes the leaders money. they don't really care about the message only the believers who give up their money.

True but for the less successful salesman, like Drich, I really do believe they have either such low self-esteem and lack of imagination that the idea of God does actually fill them with purpose and intellectual satisfaction, or else they are just utterly insecure about reality's uncertainties and in their vanity believe God will make everything ok for them... at some point.
