Just getting up. Well, for the second time. I had bad insomnia last night, partially related to backpain from being overweight, and partially due to hunger. I ate brekky at 4:00am: multigrain waffles, toast and veggie sausage. Then back to bed and very well refreshed now. But I am no expert on sleep, I'll telll you that much.
