That's a little extreme even for me, since there are genuine refugees out there in need of help that aren't rapists or murderers.
I believe we should be letting in an extremely limited number of Syrian refugees, and they should be made to return once things settle down a bit. They should also be monitored to make sure they are integrating into local culture for the duration of their stay like they do with those seeking citizenship in Switzerland since you mentioned that country.
Any refugee that is caught committing a crime should be deported right back to Syria and banned from entering the UK for life.

You said "accepting a extremely limited number of refugees". What about the rest you are excluding? They also deserve to live.
