It's important to remember that everyone is there to have a good time. Common courtesy is a must assuming a large crowd for Green Day. Every concert will produce a small handful of idiots that started drinking at noon for an 8pm show. In my experience, it's the drunk's friends that have their show ruined as they tend to them.
Be patient in concession and bathroom lines. The merchandise tables don't generally have formal lines and is a bit of a mob. If you're okay missing a song or two, this is the time to go.
After the show I always sit and relax for 15 minutes or so, rather than jump in the cattle drive.
Expect to stand most of the concert, depending on where your seat is. If someone behind you registers a complaint they are likely inexperienced too. I simply explain that I would like to sit too, but can't see the show because of those in front of me are standing. If that doesn't work, ignore them.
Don't get upset if someone near you is belting out the lyrics at the top of their lungs. It's part of the experience and the way they choose to enjoy the show. Hell, join in. On that note, the show is also in the crowd. I like seeing people having a good time and rocking out. Those that stand statuesque with arms folded intently staring at the stage have always been a mystery to me.
