Dude, that is awesome. I'm going to keep that four-week milestone in my head for you. If you do it earlier, great. If not, oh well. I'm here to celebrate either way.

My dieting is going stellar. My weight loss goes crazy because I drink a shit-ton of water and I'm a woman, so there's a time of the month when I inexplicably weigh five pounds more for three days. Nonetheless, I'm eating better for the most part. I still eat too many frozen meals, but that won't change. I'm definitely consuming fewer calories and I've completely knocked out baked sweets except for fiber one bars and tiny pieces of a sheet cake I made and cut into 75-100 cal pieces before freezing last week. It's turned out to be one of my better ideas.
