I am a starting to see a little a bit of the abs showing. Almost there with my goals. Go to ramp up the cardio.
Guys ignore the scale. Ignore it. Rather measure your waste line.
Muscle ways more than fat. And when your hydrated, you weigh more.
You fluctuate 3-5 pounds depending on the time of the day, how hydrated you are, etc, and muscle ways more.
The more exercise you do, the more vitamins you need, and the more protein you need, as well as you going to need some fat to burn fat.
If you eat too little, your body will starve and save almost every damn calorie to fat and you will feel tired.
