Surely the worst of all is when you eat less and exercise more and check the scales and you put on three pounds and it's like "WTF?!?!?! I'll keep trying."
There's a lot of moments in life like that aren't there? Those "WTF... ok I'll keep trying" moments. For me that pretty much sums up life in general lol.
