I am gaining a lot of muscle mass, but some slight fat percentage increase (at 12.3% which is about 4% higher then 8 pack range I want).
Feels good lifting a lot more then I ever have. At the same, I want barely any fat.
But I got to eat to keep fueling muscle. Feels tough getting to that 8% range.
Gonna do some Cardio like crazy today (30 min run, then 20 min stair master, then 20 min elliptical)
