Oh yeah so, not to say that being in a relationship is miserable, but there is a misery that only a steady relationship can bring you. Like I tell the wife before, during, or after sex, "The sweet isn't as sweet without the sour" then I slap her ass whapah! There is a reason that they don't make rollercoasters flat.
And about kids... they are a handful. My wife came with two kids, one boy, one girl 9 and 8 respectively. They both have ADD, and had severe emotion problems when I met them. I can say that including them in my life has brought a lot of annoying shit that I would rather not deal with, but the payoff comes in large doses when I see them succeed at something they have failed at previously and knowing that their success was made possible with my help. The cry of, "Daddy!" when I walk in the door and the attention they pay me is what offsets any trouble that might come with children.
