You sweet thing, I wasn't fishing for compliments. I just meant that while I very much appreciate the content of Rhiz's article, the fact is that I engage in intelligent conversation and all manner of intellectual things because I enjoy the stimulation and also enjoy the give and take possible from a man or woman in that area, and I also dress a certain way (or take sexy pictures) because I equally enjoy admiration in that regard. There is no shame or problem with admiring the second, and I think it becomes quite clear soon into brief conversation whether or not there is something behind the facade that's equally worth investigating.
The men who don't bother finding the brain behind the woman - they aren't looking for it in the first place, and shouldn't be worth your time. I've been finding that males are generally more reasonable than women's magazines and feminists would have you believe. Some women prefer to be in the intellectual world and some prefer to be in the fashion/beauty world, and many women straddle both. That's all. I happen to personally think that it's silly to denigrate one and raise up the other when you could be perfectly capable of handling the two together.
