Haha, I got it repaired. My ex-husband started doing gun shows and gun repair when he got out of the ARMY. It was more funny than dangerous.
I've fired all kinds of rifles. I learned that I don't like shotguns. lol As far as handguns, glocks, Winchesters, the Smith and Wesson 30. The only thing I never got around to and wish I did was a six shooter. I could've fancied myself Roland. *sigh* Ah, well. Shit makes me nervous now. I'm going to have to get over it. Adrian wants to go to the range. I suppose I need to teach him how to hit a target.
An odd thing that never came up in the gun debates here is the availability of weapons in ranges. I needed absolutely no training or special id to walk into a range in Washington and rent a firearm. The first one I went to in Tacoma was closed for a week when a guy shot himself inside. I've always wondered how common that is.
