On the other hand, here on the east coast we have this thing called "humidity". It generates in Charleston, SC and spreads all the way up to Washington, DC and down into Mississippi and Florida. You feel like a limp wet dishrag all day long, or like you're walking through soup. You know those jungle exhibits in zoos and parks where the misters and plants make it constantly damp inside? Ain't got nothin' on summer in the south.
And depending on what swamp you walk into at the time, you'd swear you were back in the dank, damp age of the dinosaurs. Right before an alligator rolls over to look at you.
