Yeah, I didn't make myself very clear. I was talking about it in the context of feeling remorse toward God.
I don't think a single person here was of the mind that it made a lick of difference one way or another (not to mention god is not blameless in any scenario and would have to own up to his screw-ups too or wouldn't deserve our remorseful feelings without that mutual reciprocity.)
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
