Canada has almost no weapon deals with the Kingdom. Canada also provided the aid for a Saudi opposing person who got his phone attacked by Saudi government hackers:

And it stood with the rights of prisoners in the kingdom who got arrested for their mere opinion. It wasn't just a brave stand, but the point that changed everything upside down for the Sauds.
The death in Yemen is caused by mostly American weapons. And Irani/Russian too

I think that you're worrying about some seeming hypocrisy when you should be worried about jamal nextdoor. Jamal nextdoor will fuck you up regardless of where he gets his gear.
