Know what... if that was actually his position, that he couldn't consciously fill it due to religious reasons, then I'd be fine with that. But he caused a lawsuit the second he did two things: One - gave his personal, unasked for opinion on her miscarriage and two - refused to send the script to another local pharmacy that could have filled it.
And the apologists can come in here yelling "Oppression!" all they want to. The only person that was oppressed was the woman who had to go through the pain of the miscarriage, which would have ended sooner had her script gotten filled, like it should have been. So they can take their oppression bullshit and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. That pharmacists religious beliefs were not in any way being oppressed.
