We should strive to choose mods who are the type of people who are cool headed, fair, and not emotionally driven. It sets the tone/atmosphere of the forums when we see how the people who run this place behave - whether that be in a positive or negative way. Choose people who model what you want AF to be, and perhaps it will encourage others to follow suit.
