That'll happen about as soon as Christmas becomes a national holiday in Iran....

I'm not sure that this plan will work, either, then again, given that the reason for it is that Mitch McConnell has openly stated that his idea for an impeachment involves a sham trial with the Senate working with Trump's legal team and no witnesses being called,



It's understandable she'd be this outraged.

That said, over a century ago, an influential philosopher said that "Bourgeois society stands at the crossroads, either transition to Socialism or regression into Barbarism." The fact that the number of actual socialists in Congress is unlikely to be pushing the double digits (and that Nancy Pelosi ain't among them) aside, Pelosi fails to recognise that the barbarians are WINNING. And, in the Senate, they have all the cards. Hell, the fact that Boris Johnson's Tories won by such a wide margin despite the fact that they've been bungling Brexit for the past three years and Boris has demonstrated himself to be even less competent than Theresa May is really making me think that describing the victory of barbarism in the past tense may be more accurate
