Or maybe take off stigma from the prostitution and make it widely available. I mean just imagine if any of theses guys on the way to the killing spree was passing by a window in which a prostitute is pressing her naked butt-cheeks on - lives would have been saved.
Maybe even make a prostitute office on the entrance to college would be the best precaution.

Yes yes yes.  Let me take off my propeller hat and put on my thinking hat and try to think about this problem. It seems to me like it's the case like the scene from the movie "Untouchables" (1987) when Jim Malone says "Everybody knows where the booze is. The problem isn't finding it. The problem is who wants to cross Capone. Let's go."

Like with this problem seems obvious, so unfortunately it is no surprise this kind of things happen considering the devastated society where most people are on brink of despair and those few that have money invest in schools to teach them how to be even more roughshod businessmen enslaving people, not paying taxes and be selfish.
Or maybe some chemists that will be developing drugs and cures for people on buffed up prices.
US spends something like 900 billion dollars annually on the army, compared to 2nd place spender, and Trump's favorite country, China who spends 65 billion dollars on the army clearly shows there is something wrong. All that money to protect US just in case some evil Muslim decides to detonate atom bomb on US and I gotta tell ya they as well did that already considering what devastation it is causing the price of the military hardware on other sectors. For instance foreign aid is given to countries such as Egypt, which receives some $3 billion in assistance but is required to buy American weapons with $1.3 billion of it. The taxpayers fund the research, development, and building of weapons systems and then buy them on behalf of foreign governments.
Viatnam war was unpopular mainly because of draft so one way of getting people to join the army is forcing them with poverty. Workers are practically serfs, no longer able to earn a living wage to sustain themselves or their families, whether in sweatshops in China or the industrial waste-land of Ohio.
Speculators in the seventeenth century were hanged. Today they receive billions in taxpayer dollars and huge bonuses.
I mean no wonder there are disillusioned senseless minds out there that get this crazy hopeless ideas where they find whole world worthless. Because how is society fighting somber feelings? By creating illusionary society with illusions of success and love (in porn) or 'real life' trough celebrities.

And probably the worst thing out of this kind of collapsed situations like when it was the collapse of the Weimar Republic that created Adolf Hitler. Or zarist Russia that opened the door for Vladimir Lenin and the Bolsheviks. Or meltdown of Yugoslavia that gave birth to Slobodan Milosevic. Financial collapses lead to political extremism. So to no wonder such idiots like Sarah Palin got so much spotlight because in many former manufacturing towns the end of the world is no longer an abstraction. They have lost hope. Fear and instability have plunged the working classes into profound personal and economic despair, and, not surprisingly, into the arms of the demagogues and charlatans of the radical Christian Right who offer a belief in magic, miracles, and the fiction of a utopian Christian nation.

Maybe something is already on horizon like Donald Trump and his stupid wall with Mexico to stop Mexican flooding of people. But main cause of Mexicans running from their country is not that they are racially weaker then Trump but one of the main reasons was Clinton's NAFTA. Once the Mexican government lifted price supports on corn and beans grown by Mexican farmers, those farmers had to compete against the huge agribusinesses in the United States. Millions of Mexican farmers were swiftly bankrupted. And also being exacerbated by large-scale factory closures along the border as manufacturers pack up and leave Mexico for the cut-rate embrace of China’s totalitarian capitalism.

So let me just close with the words from Franklin Delano Roosevelt who sent a message to Congress on April 29, 1938:
the first truth is that the liberty of democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of power to a point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is Fascism—ownership of Government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. The second truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if its business system does not provide employment and produce and distribute goods in such a way to sustain an acceptable standard of living.

When you look at Elliot Rodger who went on killing spree because he claims he couldn't find a girlfriend do you think it's really the reason or it was because he was a spoiled rich brat that did not have his own character/ personality? It's really not the truth that he couldn't have a girlfriend, I mean it's really hard not to have a girlfriend if you really want to (ok unless you're seriously deformed), it's more the problem that he felt he was too good for any female that could have interest in him. The guy was in love with himself, living in his own world, who knows what he was imagining girlfriend should be.

See he points out himself that these guys are likely the type that women find repellent, anyway.

If they want to see why girls won't go near them they need to take a look in the mirror and start with sorting out the problem reflected back at them.

It probably is the fault of the girls, though. They are outright bitches instead of being kind and sympathetic in informing guys that they are not interested.
