IF racism is systemic in america against black people who live in america, then why do other black people succeed at all. if systemic racism were true all blacks should have the same sucess rate.

The existence of successful black people does not disprove systematic racism. There were successful black people during the age of slavery and during Jim Crow too . That in no way refutes institutional racism in America .
