So, we are in agreement with that and we are in agreement with the fact that a fascist is a dictator.
U might say he has fascist characteristics but unless ur claiming that trump is a dictator then it is impossible for him to be a fascist, right?
Unfortunately, given his regime's blatant bigotry (he started his campaign in 2015 by calling Mexicans rapists and thieves; shortly after being elected, he called white supremacists and Nazis rioting in Charlottesville "good people"; he's currently locking immigrant children in concentration camps [I do not use this as hyperbole, they are concentration camps by definition]; his using COVID as a way to swipe at the Chinese; his using phrases associated with the opponents of the Civil Rights Movement), his "falling in love" with dictators like Kim Jong-Un and Vladimir Putin, the questionable circumstances that led to him getting elected, his explicitly defending policies that would disenfranchise voters (specifically the kind that would vote for Democrats), his recent decision to disperse a crowd of protesters with rubber bullets and tear gas just so he could do a photo op, the fact that he's explicitly stated that "we have the right to do whatever we want," and given what his party did to stonewall his impeachment, there's enough points to cause serious concern about whether America could slide into full-blown fascism. Hell, the fact that explicitly Neo-Nazi groups have been emboldened by Trump since he turned out to be a viable candidate should cause concern. This could just be history repeating itself as farce after the tragedy that was Nazi Germany, but fascism is one part of history most of us DO NOT WANT TO SEE REPEATED.
