Looking at the requirements to vote, this could actually be legal... provided he intends to stay in Georgia when the election is over.

There are no length of residency requirements in Georgia, so if you have just moved here you can register to vote on day one. However, moving to Georgia with the express purposes of voting without any intent to remain a resident is illegal and can result in prosecution(see O.G.C.A. § 21-2-561).

I just wanted to check and see if this was legal, since I know Illinois has a 30-day residency requirement [No problem for me, since I haven't been out of Illinois any longer than 15 days in my entire life], and, as long as he plans to stay in Georgia, motherfucker's actually in the clear.

Looks like he's not in the clear:

Holden, a Republican, told Carr Price’s intent was clear in the video, and it was disturbing to hear him instruct the group and say he planned to return to Florida on Jan. 6th.

So, essentially, Price planned to establish residency just long enough to vote in Georgia and was trying to influence others to do the same.
