Even so, it's not clear how benefitting from something that you would not do or have some principled disagreement with, is one of them. That's an awfully low bar for hypocrisy, imo. Plucking our own chickens and digging our own turnips comes to mind. People have disagreements as to whether and how-if we should do those things. That doesn't mean that every bite of campbells stew is hypocrisy. Or, if it does..again, hypocrisy is a small thing.
Women and gays do not profit from religions. They are oppressed by them.
How do atheists benefit from religious homophobia and misogyny?

Religions are doing the opposite. They are traitors to their nations.

I'll try again. Is a Syrian mullah who advocates the stoning of an adulteress a traitor to his nation? Is a Saudi imam who supports the execution of homosexuals a traitor? If these two preached the opposite, THEN they would be traitors.
Try to be less provincial.

Edit: Actually, women and gays DO profit from some religions, at least to the extent they are not condemned for being female or gay, are in no way oppressed, and can become clergy.
I suppose that we could quibble over the definition of ‘profit’, but it’s clear they get as much out of their religion as their male and heterosexual fellow penitents.
