1) That depends entirely on what spirituality you're talking about. If you worship Norse gods then kicking the shit out of your enemies is key. But if it's anything close to Christianity, then not fucking innocent people is key. At least that's what they teach in church, not that they actually practice it. Maybe that's why you have no morals.
2) Yes, that's just another way of saying the same thing. And why wouldn't it work for everyone? Are some people the chosen ones?
