I suspect falling asleep at work may be a hint. To either get more sleep or find a new job.
Or you were getting in a "power nap" in order to be more productive after the fact.
I used to do this all of the time. 30 minute power nap, then several more hours of effort, to get the job done. I'd snore and dream and the whole nine yards during that half hour.
I've always been "blessed" to have the ability to sleep anywhere at any time. I even fell asleep standing up, during an overnight inventory, when I worked retail in high school. They said I was snoring.
Disappointing theists since 1968!
