From the PoV of the luckless bugger falling into the black hole time proceeds as normal. As you approach the black hole the gravity pulling on your feet will be greater than that pulling on your head. Eventually this difference becomes so great that you will be pulled apart at an atomic level in what astrophysicists call "spaghettification". Yes, that's the technical term. If there was any doubt, you will be very, very dead. Though the enormous amounts of radiation will likely kill you first.
