Great. Now provide empirical evidence to support that assertion.

That sounded like something I'd read in a Deepak Chopra book.

It obviously is. We're here, and we're conscious. How does that prove there are any gods?

It sounded like utter bullshit to me - I suspect that's pretty much what you meant as well.

the statement that atheism has no beliefs is false. it's an argument made by cowards and weak minded people to worm their way out of being held accountable for their thoughts or actions.

ROFLOL

As a HUMANIST I have beliefs. As an ATHEIST I don't believe in god.

Jesus fucking Christ.

It's not that hard.

More of those simple 'observations' eh? Weren't you just saying how you were not attacking the atheist position? Gotta love it when the true colors come out to play.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

So what?

1. Hypothesis != theory.

2. For a hypothesis to have value, it must have evidence to support it, make predictions, and be falsifiable.

You're stuck on 0.

And yet you can't back this up, nor change the fucking dictionary.

Sounds like you're confused about the difference between a hypothesis and a theory too. The big bang is a theory, and your drivel is a hypothesis.
