Maybe, he made a tree fall on your car. Maybe he healed a total jackass's tumor but left your kid's disease hanging around so your child ended up dying?
Maybe it's because he works in mysterious ways.

Unfortunately, I feel kind of reluctant to let go of something imaginary sometimes. I'm just slightly unstable, but he seems more and more imaginary to me. I just can't get rid of that mindset.
Thankfully I have no cancer. Not that I think I won't get it when I'm older, but who knows what cures the future holds?
