This article I think is written quite well. Hitlers religious beliefs are somewhat of a mystery, the only thing we can say for sure is that he was opposed to atheism but also very anti-religious personally.

I think you are both wrong (er ... I think) ... yes Hitler may have been a flake into whatever other religious rubbish he could find but his basic religion was clearly (to me) some kind of Christianity. Obviously this is debatable but the last time I argued this (with Adrian I believe) it never got settled and, as I pointed out then using photo links, if Hitler wasn't a Christian (or at least heavily influenced by it) he'd apparently missed the memo.

I think the quiz author was right on that question and, as I know you have defensible objections, we will just have agree to disagree.

I think that question is a stupid one to begin with. Whether or not he was an atheist,it doesn't say anything about atheism being the cause of the death and destruction he caused.

I got 14/15

I got question 14 wrong and I didn't know the answer to 15, but one of the answers sounded familiar so I chose that one and got it right.

Perhaps I read it in TGD or somewhere similar and that's where the familiarity comes from lol.

The others I just knew all the answers to - most of them seemed to be bullshit myths about atheism.

I agree in essence.However,in this instance the creators of a dopey test have made an assertion that something arguable is fact. That's the only reason I raised it;no one knows in the sense of there being a consensus amongst historians. The question perhaps should not have been included in the test.
