Fun fact: if you use a really shitty bow and arrow, you can actually go around giving the guards arrows in their knee without them arresting you.
Tbh, I don't see what the big deal is. I've taken arrows to the face before and I'm still adventuring.

Skyrim for sure. Something i miss though from Oblivion is being able to have 100% chameleon, stand on someones head and pickpocket their clothes off while they're chatting to someone.

I got level 100 sneak last night. Walked right into the palace in Solitude and was able to pickpocket people in the court without anyone noticing me. This was in a well lit room, with about 3 people always looking in my direction.
