I would still never consider myself a Ron Paul supporter. Partly because he's bat shit crazy, but mostly because, although he's an ace at making predictions, I don't think his policies would have saved the day. It's an interesting video, nonetheless.

It's called a self fulfilling prophecy. It's easy to make predictions when you belong to the party that ensures that these predictions are realized in reality.

He is simply working for the government to convince us he has the best intentions for us and always has. He will be worse then bush or obama if he is elected. Class warfare is inevitable sadly, along with the lower class losing. Vote for a 3rd party because both of our major parties butt heads just to convince us their mortal enemies meanwhile the eat caviar and sip champagne together.
Everyone die's eventually, but how you meet that death is what makes you who you are. Bury your head in the sand and get slaughterd with the sheep, or stand up and die fighting on your feet with the rebels.
Live every day as if already dead, that way you're not disappointed when you are.

Many of these things he said was common knowledge. Many people knew that voting in W. Bush meant war with Iraq and tensions in the middle east. In fact I warned many people not to vote bush unless they want to vote "perpetual war".
America against Iran has been slowly building up since the 80's..nothing prophetic there.
Ron also said that Gold would "become money, as it used to be". This is not correct.
His policies would have done nothing to stop many of these things.
How would shutting down the department of education cause anything other than MORE mass unemployment. And unlike that welfare state that he spoke of, Ron would have gladly REMOVED the welfare...effectively making mass layoffs and denying them any social safety net.
Here are my predictions about Ron Paul.
#1 - Ron paul will do a great job splitting up the GOP vote.
#2 - The GOP will choose Mitt Romney because he is not Ron Paul .
#3 - Obama will win the election because he has already proven to the millitary industrial complex that he will play ball with them and write them a blank check.
#4 - Ron Paul will continue his political trade, occasionally saying things that make great sense, while mixing in plenty of bat shit crazy right wing ideas.
