Quote:"Well, presumably the God you speak about created the worm as well,"

Oh, no. The dickheads always claim that fucking "satan" created the worms and shit. When you are a xtian class asshole you are an asshole all the way. Reality cannot penetrate their brains.

Most? ID is nothing more than creationism in a lab coat. There is no evidence at all in Biology for creationism or ID.

No not really, since evolution explains both worm and orchid, whereas the bible/theology has to bring in a Wile E. Coyote figure of a bible, or a horrific fucking God, to tell away everything from AIDS to why humans who were supposedly given this planet to dominate, are freakin' air breathers instead of having gills (since most of the planet is covered in water).

Yeah I know...

The Cetacea seem to have the right idea.

RE: Nature
There was a time when the complexity of lifeforms was a quite plausible argument for the existence of a creator. However after the publication of the Origin of the Species it ceased to be a legitimate argument for the existence of a creator. Since the Origin of the Species outlined a plausible and scientifically supported explanation for the complexity of lifeforms.

Those who still use this argument are either ignorant of evolution by natural selection or they understand it, thereby are being dishonest and hypocritical.

If you had lived at that time, you would have believed it too. Amazing how science can be completely wrong about something, isn't it?

Astronomy leads us to a unique event, a universe which was created out of nothing, one with the very delicate balance needed to provide exactly the conditions required to permit life, and one which has an underlying (one might say ‘supernatural’) plan.”

Psalm 19:1-2

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
