BTW, when the boys look at her they don't think she's 'holy' they think she's "fugly."
I honestly never tried to listen to the whole thing through. I just paused after a few seconds, occasionally scrolled to see the lyrics, and after it got to the "wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle" part, then I shut off.

Never heard the original song, nor do I care to. Speaking of the SNL Church Lady, I think that girl in the video looks like a future Church Lady.

My favorite Church Lady episode was when Danny Devito was singing and she was playing the drums:

Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

Yeah I was about to say...
"Sisters, you know only the north; I have traveled in the south lands. There are churches there, believe me, that cut their children too, as the people of Bolvangar did--not in the same way, but just as horribly. They cut their sexual organs, yes, both boys and girls; they cut them with knives so that they shan't feel. That is what the Church does, and every church is the same: control, destroy, obliterate every good feeling. So if a war comes, and the Church is on one side of it, we must be on the other, no matter what strange allies we find ourselves bound to."

Anybody else find it extremely funny that she had the Buddy Christ image on her phone?

Nothing ever beats Sonseed for awesome Christian song.

My favourite bit?
Once I tried to run, I tried to run and hide,
But Jesus came and found me and touched me down inside

Hmmm.........

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?
The f**king janitor or the dude who runs the waterslide. Throughout history every mystery. Ever solved has turned out to be. Not Magic.

Oh god! I have to get that song out of my head. Ahhh! Now here's a song you can tap your feet to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9SmeeRE_zY
I have studied the Bible and the theology behind Christianity for many years. I have been to many churches. I have walked the depth and the breadth of the religion and, as a result of this, I have a lot of bullshit to scrape off the bottom of my shoes. ~Ziploc Surprise
