Hell, i'm still playing game that are 10 or 15 years old, just because the game experience is fucking awesome. This is why I still own a PS1 ![]() Gameplay and ease of control are important to me. EvF I used to LOVE Age of Kings ![]()

I haven't played AoC in over 3 years regularly...so 10 seconds of AoC is completely AMAZING for me now - SO incredibly nostalgic. Absolutely breathtaking to the Nth degree - I'm in love with AoC STILL

If you look at the latest released and the most sold games you will see that most of them have violence in them, the degree of it depends on the games genre: all FPSs have violence and gore(Doom, Crysis, Far Cry 2, the Call of Duty series, etc), strategy games are pretty clean(Starcraft, AoE series, Command and Conquer series), RPGs usually have violence(Oblivion, Gothic series, Fallout 3), puzzle games don't, etc. So basically every video game with a combat system has violence, more or less that's up to the producers. I prefer a game with violence because it adds to the fun you have playing it, but that depends on the genre.
Personally, it's not God I dislike, it's his fan club I can't stand.
Last game I actually bought was Spore, and although it was fun, the fact they cut everything out of it that they had shown in demos for the past 3 years pissed me off sooooo much. I'm now very wary of buying games (not that I could afford them anyway).

I haven't got it anymore tho ![]() The original was the only one I played. I played it lots with my bro, good times. Only problem is this 1 bug in it although it's amusing. If you use the grappling hook 1 way it is REALLY effective, like too effective; if you point it down at the ground and use it (I forget which direction) - and the other direction it's just normal. So if you're on one side of the map it's WAY overpowered and on the other it's crap (not very useful at all in comparison anyway, just as useful as the grappling hook normally is). Awesome game tho. So awesome that I'm even quite fond of the bug in some weird sort of nostalgic sentimental way you know what I mean? Cos it's still FAIR cos it's just as much chance you'll be on the better side than the other for both people. Furthermore (and more importantly) you can just set it to random so the teams aren't all together anyway. So it just has more of a luck element that's all (in regards to the grappling hook bug I mean) - but so does poker and poker is awesome ![]() EvF RE: Gaming: Do You Like The Violence?

Or so you think, i too have been gamin since i'm 5 or 6, wich mean a whole 25 years. At first it was on Coleco and Atari machine, even owned a ''Comodore64'' computer. While the game at this time where lees attractive than they are today, there is still gem to be found. Hell, i remember full well waiting anxiously for the first final fantasy to be released. That was some 20 years ago...
