A Methodist in Your Midst
RE: A Methodist in Your Midst
Quote:Salvation to humans is only possible through Jesus.

The missionaries dilemma;

Heathen: "What if you had not come and I had never heard of Jesus? Would I still be saved?"

Missionary "'Yes"

Heathen "Then why bother?"

The often radically differing exclusive claims of truths made by the hundreds of Christian sects is bemusing, confusing and hilarious in their arrogance and stupidity. Cool Shades

LMAO ... a degree in theology. They give out "degrees" at Clown College too. The difference is that a handful of us might actually respect a few of the clowns.

still chuckling ... theology degree ... what a god damn joke. "Hey everybody I got a 4-year degree on an old book of bad magic tricks filled with racism, human sacrifice, and genocide! Would you like to get my opinion now?!?"

A degree in theology may or may not give you credentials in the world of stupid sheep, but to the rest of us, it just means you're certified brainwashed.

Think that was a typo for mythology.

You're a fucking crackhead. Even your own silly nursery rhyme book [the bible; I have to specify this for you clownshoe types] states that no man will know of the end times or when it's coming. Like CthulhuDreaming stated: blow your death cult bullshit out your ass.

Well I suppose we can just let them keep posting and we can keep laughing at them so that they can fulfil their martyr complex quotas for the day...it's all about the money anyway...just ask Harold Camping

Wow, I am attracting attention here.
I went for a 1 week Jesus camp with my congregation but trip had to be cut short. Flooding in Fiji is quite bad at the moment. Thank God only 3 lives were lost.

Who caused the flooding? Why did he not save them 3?

No disrespect to those who died just pointing out what you have just said.

Well, plenty of rainfall caused the flooding. Those 3 were careless; did not heed the constant warnings. God helps those who help themselves.

Then why thank god? If he didn't cause the rain and didn't help anyone its nothing to do with him at all.

As far as that daft saying. People who help themselves don't need god to do it rendering him superfluous. The saying may as well be "help yourselves as nobody else will."

We really cannot imagine how God works, Insanity X.
