Oh, dear. That is awfully chock-full of fail.

Problem #1: Your pastor is a person and therefore fallible. His word is not law, truth, etc., simply because he uttered it.

Problem #2: The Bible was not written by god, even if you believe in it, you know that. The Bible can exist independently of god. Most Christians know this, in my experience.

Problem #3: Other scriptures may be false, but not because they have no proof of god. The Bible has no proof of god, so your logic defeats your own religion. There is no proof of god in the Bible. It is just a bunch of writings about god and Christianity, even by its own word.

Problem #4: The Bible was written by man. Please bother to read it before you spout off.

Maybe you should think for yourself, instead of what your pastor declares to be the truth.

The bible account is well documented, so why don't you read up on the historicity of the bible yourself instead of taking someones word for it.

You dismiss other scriptures as written by man instead of divine inspiration.... what is your basis for this statement, and what sets the bible apart from them.
If it is based upon private conviction it is true, this has no merit. Others have equivalent conviction about the truth of their scripture.

Examine why you dismiss their claims, and you will understand why they dismiss yours.
Who knows, you might come to realise why we dismiss all of them.

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?
The f**king janitor or the dude who runs the waterslide. Throughout history every mystery. Ever solved has turned out to be. Not Magic.

Argument from authority. Simply because someone in a position of power says something is true doesn't make it true. You have just stated that every other religion on earth was invented by man yet they believe the same as you do. It demonstrates how your religion can be false too. Only one or none can be true. I agree with you that they were invented but I also think christianity was invented too.

I don't think it's much of a spoiler to reveal this, but Darth Vader is Luke Skywalker's father. If Vader doesn't exist, how did Luke come to be? Now take the answer to that and apply it to your question.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

There is no rule against being impolite. If I were you, I would simply deal with the holes in your presentation and not worry about whether the observations voiced here are negative or positive.

Out of interest christian. If there were two people both equally good. One is a methodist and one is not. Would both go to heaven or only the methodist?
