I think Rayaan is a secret CIA operative.
Anyway, the important thing here is that the bill would have prevented employers from asking for Facebook info. There is not a single republicunt in existence who would ever tell his corporate owners "no" on something they want.
The whole republicunt party is just a subsidiary of the business criminal assholes who are ruining this country.
Or...as some people around here call them... "the invisible hand of the market."

I love the way the Tea Party right wing types are always screaming about government intrusion into the lives of private citizens but when it's time to put their money where their mouth is they do this. Or the Patriot Act. They always change the party line and manipulate the facts and arguments to get whatever they want.

There are a few options:
1) Enable your privacy settings on Facebook so that nobody can find your account without you wanting them to. Then tell your employer you don't have a Facebook account.
2) Tell your employer that giving out your password is actually in violation of the Facebook ToS, and could wind both you and the company in legal trouble (Facebook have actually said they may sue companies that do this).
3) Don't take a position at a company that demands such invasive measures.

5) Have two Facebook accounts. Keep one for business and one for personal friends.
I actually do this, but it's only because my company all have Facebook and they all want to network with me. My personal one is also locked down, which helps. Try searching for my name in Facebook; you'll only be able to find my business account.
