If y'all don't like the country, this goddamn christian country, y'all should just go to China. Fucking Commies.

EDIT: Btw, I'm just poking fun,
EDIT2: Can't believe I actually feel the need to clarify I'm poking fun.

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?

Apparently we need to do that these days. :S

Unfortunately, this is one piece of fallout from the prank played by the moderators. I think that Napoleon touched on this when he explained how the prank served potentially to remove the trust of forum members (particularly newer ones) in the moderators.

I hope that no-one (real) was banned as a result of emotions this prank generated.

Whateverist was but it sounded like he was asking for it.

Whateverist was banned for trolling / inciting disruption, by repeatedly trying to make out like we'd deleted his posts (we hadn't). I can understand if he'd had just asked us about it, but he didn't even care about our response, and proceeded to cover his entire profile with the allegations (seriously, he even updated his away status). That kind of behaviour isn't the kind that we want around here.

Tib, not everyone is net savy such as some of us on the webs. He more than likely was experiencing browser issues. I myself have come across such a problem on this site where all of my posts would just be blank. Of course, I kept cool because I am savy of netty mayhem such as that, but he may not be as keen. With past upsets in context it might have been best just to moderate him for a day just to get him to cool down from the insults while someone gave him an explanation of what might be happening. Hell, even moderating him for a few days would have worked in my opinion.

I feel that would have been the best common sense action for such an event.

Is the upper tier following some sort of scorched earth policy with problems such as this?

What is an Upper Tier?

Even so you don't just make it into a conspiracy.

If you can read a conspiracy into anything I posted in that last post then clearly you will see conspiracies in anything.

Please look back and read it again. I merely stated and opinion and asked a question. I personally feel that some on the top are using a sledge hammer to push a tack in the wall. Or using a sword to butter their biscuits.

Upper tier is the tier above basic membership. Upper tier is moderators and Administration.
