Well of course he claims to have Tourettes; wouldn't be much of an act if he didn't. You assume that the context I am laughing at him in is the one in which I am laughing at him having Tourettes. I don't laugh at him "having Tourettes," not only because he doesn't, but also because the reason I actually AM laughing at him is because he's making a complete and total ass out of himself. I'm not fucking apologizing for someone being offended for me laughing at someone for making a total ass out of themselves. Have none of you ever watched a televangelist telling people to give them all their money and laughed at them and gone "wow you're a fucking PRICK!"? Same context.

But if you want an apology, fine, I'm sorry you jump to the conclusion that I laugh at people who actually have Tourettes. And I am VERY sorry you assume things based on the most contextual subjects. I am sorry that you follow up this assumption by then making a snide insult directed at me about my OWN mental issues thus making yourself a total hypocrite.
