Christian Pastor: God wants you to beat the homosexuality out of your kids

A Baptist pastor told his congregation during a sermon that if parents see their 4 year old kid acting like a girl, it is their responsibility as Christian parents to publicly humiliate them into acting like men. He went one step further and said that if that does not work, it is alright with God for fathers to beat their children until they start acting straight. He ended his sermon by telling parents that he has given them special dispensation to beat the gay out of their children.

This is why religion is so dangerous. What else could cause parents to sit and nod in approval while some fool tells them that they must beat and abuse their children in order to please a mythical man in the sky. If this pastor has children, I hope child services knocks on his door and takes the children away from him before he can do any more damages to them. In fact, child services should look into all the families that attend this church.
