Just as they do not want a fully unified Arabia.
Those two things would bring about the end of the western yoke on the world.

Has it ever occurred to your 13th century mind that western yoke was not imposed because arabs and turks were not united. Western yoke was imposed because the western world was, and continues to be, better and more systematic at modern science and its application, and clearheaded and innovative in modern economics, and more purposefully ruthless in politics than your tribe.

So in effect, western yoke is imposed because you suck in things that counts. You can fantasize about being united all you want. Being united is not the problem. You will suck together or separately. The fact that you still fantasize about the 14th century "chingess" khan when the world has passed you by and gone to the moon shows just how irredeemably you suck.

Those who don't suck as badly and as inveterately as you do, like the Japanese and Chinese, generally tend to gradually figure out what counts, and join the rank of the yokers, instead of bleeting idiotic tribalist fantasy while remaining yoked like the cattles you are.

RE: Atheists are miserable.
The idea that atheists are miserable is a broad generalization unworthy of debunking. It has been in my experience, however, that atheists are more prone to misery than believers. I believe this has to do with the believer having the purpose in life handed to them on a silver platter while the atheist must go down an arduous road of self-reflection and uncertainty.

I think this is utter shit, by the way. The statement itself, and I don't think atheists or theists should be flattered by your reason. I would think many theists would describe their journey as arduous, self-reflective and in many cases, uncertain.

Atheists are miserable.
I wouldn't think atheists are predisposed to misery for being atheists. It's easy to be angry at the entire notion of god and all that religion entails, and anger at an idea and its consequences can be misconstrued as misery. Any person who has or lacks faith can lead a dissatisfied life.

RE: Atheists are miserable.
My misery has nothing to do with my atheism

It has to do with my ambition being greater than my ability. My ideas beyond what my talents and resources can ever hope to achieve. Trying and failing repeatedly and being shunned by my peers. I guess I need to take up drinking as a hobby like everyone else. Undecided

If one drinks a whole bottle of port and still remembers what one's so sad about, then one is clinically depressed. Big Grin
