The Shell Cipher (Challenge)

You think you have a headache? He sends me love letters that are ciphers. He thinks I am smart enough to figure this one out. He's wrong.

Then how do you know they are love letters?

She's fibbing. She solved the first one. The second one is based on this cipher, so it's harder.

So... basically what we have here is a challenge to decipher what amounts to a one-time pad cipher?

No, this is in no way a one-time pad cipher.

It may as well be with only one crypted text sample.

Not true. A one time pad is impossible to break. In this cipher, you can make some educated guesses at what some of the words are (for instance, a single character on its own is going to either be an A or an I. That means some of the plaintext is compromised, which means that theoretically you could figure out more of it, and then reverse engineer the cipher and apply it to the entire message.

Also, I've said that if you want to give me a plaintext to encrypt using the same key, or a different key, just let me know.
