RE: Origin of Articles
I love it when anyone puts anything Star Trek related anywhere near Tegh's posts. <3

If truth is relevant, are we all liars or are we all telling the "truth"...?

It was coincidental, I assure you. Although, maybe Tegh's avatar subliminally primed me to select that particular image Big Grin

Being logical is important, especially in your own reasoning.
Why would we need to be logical if evolution were true? How does a material only belief system account for an immaterial law of logic?

Any logical answers???

Being able to reason improves our chances to survive. Logic is material enough to build into computers.

Unsupported assertion.

Who says truth is relative?

Another bare assertion. You know that what is asserted without reason can be dismissed without reason, don't you?

Since your previous statements were mere assertions, any conclusions you draw from them are equally unsupported.

Deductive logic can deal in absolute truth in the case of a valid argument with true premises.

If all cats are mammals and Periwinkle is a cat, then Periwinkle must be a mammal; that is, it's true that Periwinkle is a mammal if Periwinkle is a cat.

Proofs are for maths and whiskey, and logic is part of math. I agree with you about science, which is about arriving at the closest possible approximation of the truth: good enough to make devices that rely on quantum activity, but not absolute.

So if laws of logic are human creations, could the universe have both existed and not existed at the same time before humans were around???

Nice try. Do people physically carry their laws of logic or trip over them when they leave them lying around the house? Of course not.

Laws of logic are immaterial, universal and never change.

I'm just exposing the errors produced by your personal worldview.
James Holmes acted consistent with what evolution teaches. He evolved from an animal, and when he murdered those people, He acted like one. You can't say he's wrong since evolution made him that way.

Many things do not change, or are immaterial, like the laws of logic. Planck's constant, for instance. These things, however, are in no way evidence that a supernatural being created the world.

Are you the evidence police now LOL?
Quit sidestepping the question.
How do you account for immaterial, universal and unchanging laws of logic in a strictly material universe?

The answers given show that evolutionists have an inconsistent and illogical belief system.

Evolution isn't a belief system. Also, how do any of the answers given show that evolution is illogical? Actually back up your statements.

The laws of logic appear unchanging to us because we all are the same species, therefore we will think in the same, or a similar way.

Elunico13 does not seem to grasp the idea at all.

He is a 'if there are laws who is the law maker' idiot.

The "laws" are our desrcription of the physical world they in no way suggest that the laws are "made" just that that is how things are.

So if you throw an apple in the air it is a "law" that it comes down and we all know why that is dont we.

Its the spaghetti monster pushing it down with his noodley appendages.
