I had fun with alcohol, but since my 25th, I've slowed down, for no particular reason, I just lost the appeal of it. Still I had my moments. One night out I drank so much, I woke up in the morning under a parked bus. Epic, don't ask me why or how, because I really don't know

I'm officially done caring about so much shit... sure, I harbor a few feelings of insecurity, of severe disappointment, of embarrassment, of resentment, and other such shit... but this was an amazing night for me, and most of those feelings have faded far away.

Oh, one last bit of advice. Best way to deal with and hopefully avoid hangovers is to drink plenty of fluids. Hangovers are largely a result of dehydration as the alcohol molecule binds in place of a water molecule, leaving your body dehydrated. (Or so I've read.) (My brother, ostensibly, used to drink cooking oil before going to parties so that he could drink more. I don't know if that actually worked, but that's what my parents said. I can't imagine drinking cooking oil just to drink more and avoid a hangover. If anyone has info on whether this is folklore, let me know.)

Hangovers are the result of dehydration. Want to avoid them all together? Drink something non-alcoholic for every alcoholic drink you consume. Whenever I don't do this, I get my ass kicked.


Lol@Brian. She had one beer. In my experience, Lilly is very responsible with her money, so I'd bet she'll be responsible in other areas of her life. Furthermore, her life is her own business. Lecturing her will do nothing but make you look like as ass who knows everything because he's older. Age without mindfulness does nothing but keep you wrong longer! Lilly is silly, but mindful. She has been through a lot in her short years and she's emerged with wisdom and humor.

I started drinking a bit younger than that. By bit, I mean several years. I started doing everything pretty early, though. I was always like that. I was in a hurry to get going and now all I want to do is slow down and chill. I am so content to not party at all it isn't even funny. I'm the boring lady, but I make a pretty reliable friend and family member, if I do say so myself. Also, I am always a great designated driver, if I am not taking medicine for anxiety.

You're not a boring lady at all. I certainly feel like one when I pause to think on it, and I don't even have 'reliable' going for me. Sober? Sure... but I don't even tell people I'm alive once a month :'(

Sae, bravo, darling. I loved getting drunk so much that I did it for a decade, frequently. Kind of a writer's initiation, if you will. Enjoy the feeling. It's hard to get that lack of inhibition from anything else.

That's the part of it I loved the most... I'd have loved that bluff party completely sober too. Just talking to my family and friends and people I've known since I was like 11 XD

And it's really easy to feel pretty then too... such a fascinating feeling to completely lose the dysphoria I always have. My life is gonna be wonderful~

Try sativa first! Indica will make you too sleepy. Try to vape it, if you can. If you can't do that, use a bong. Pipes/joints can be really warm (the smoke, I mean) and will make you cough more. You'll cough regardless. Try to put ice in the neck of the bong (if you can), it cools the smoke further. Start small. :3

Reason: My family was doing it, I trusted them all, and I was offered for the first time in my life. TL: DR- Social drinker.
