I don't want this to turn into a argument over the death penalty itself, but I want to know the opinions of pro death penalty people on the execution of Marvin Wilson, the man who was classed as mentally impaired as his IQ was 61 and to be executed it is generally accepted that the minimum is 70. What are your thoughts on this? Should IQ matter? Our is Texas just nuts?
