I'm not really a sig person. Too lazy to think of something to put there. I prefer to distinguish myself by refusing to distinguish myself. Which is indistinguishable from being indistinguishable. What I'm trying to say is that I've wasted your time with this post.

As for colours, it already turned my world upside down enough when Shell surfed the rainbow and some other folk changed too. I didn't know whether to kill myself or eat two minute noodles. As it stands, I couldn't resist that styrofoam cup of noodly noodles. Beef flavour but contains no beef. Where's the beef?! The dehydrated vegetables are inconsistent too; one time I got only a single pea; the next day, six bits of corn! I don't know what kind of conveyor belt they're running at the noodle factory, but it's not the kind I'd lay down on my back on with my eyes closed and mouth open.

I don't really see 'not being able to differentiate between admins and members' as any good reason not to do it to be perfectly honest.

At the moment in pretty busy with other things, like work, own personal development stuff, etc. Also saving up for a holiday. So how about this:

If you guys can raise $125 (i.e one month's server "rent") in the next two weeks, I'll code something that tries to match all our requirements. I'll try to get it up and running by the end of the month. If we don't reach the donation target in two weeks, I'll extend the deadline by another two weeks, but be aware that since I'm going on holiday at the end of the month, the feature will not be ready until the end of November.

Or, someone who knows how to code MyBB plugins can do it and send it to me. After I do a code review, I'll install it.

I like it the way it is. I know who the admins are and who the moderators are and the ex admin/mods. I'm also a liberal elitist(with centrist libertarian tendencies) who likes everyone else to know that i have donated my hard earned funds to keep this site going(and will continue to do so, soon!).

Yeah, on my other forum, you can belong to different user groups and get a different color. So on that forum, I'm a Twat.

First, the colors serve an informative purpose here. Second, would colors be more than a short lived hoorah?

Standards are good. "It's only your chains that set you free." (I forget who)

Blue is ok by me, I'd prefer red, but that's taken. What does it matter anyway? Is the colour of a username of any bearing, towards a good argument?

Keep them as they are IMO.

Gold, silver, copper. Not sure how good those would look as solid colors.
